Love the walk and talk counselling. I find it much easier to talk while I am walking in the park.

This walk and talk and Phil have really helped me to understand myself more clearly and move on from panic attacks.

I enjoy talking about how I feel and look forward to my sessions and feel relaxed while doing them.
