Neurodivergence

Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety counselling is a form of therapy that helps individuals manage and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and managing panic attacks. It can involve identifying triggers, developing coping mechanisms, and improving problem-solving skills.
