From a theoretical point of view, Walk and Talk Therapy is shaped in the same manner as therapy in the office. I have been trained in all the major forms of therapeutic practice including Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Choice Theory amongst others. This allows me to work in a pluralistic manner that will suit you best and not keep us tied to one particular orientation, but allow for more free flowing sessions that will suit your individual needs.
